Everyone improvises. Few are aware that they are doing it. Some are masters of the art. Others avoid it at all costs. But high-level improvisation is the key to success.
The 2008 financial crisis, the COVID Pandemic, and many other similar situations have taught us that we must learn to adapt to new surroundings and skill-sets as quickly as possible if we are to survive and thrive. The traditional 5-year plan is a thing of the past.
IMPROVISE YOUR LIFE is a systematic approach to discovering and nurturing the necessary skills to improvise your workflow and thought processes in a way that will inspire confidence, happiness, and success.
One of the most common approaches to acting improv is the ‘Yes, And’ paradigm. Since musical is a universal language, it offers many helpful ways to build on this principle. Intuition, self-awareness, and creativity all flow through this process. Using musical improvisation as a tool to enhance and unlock everyday challenges is an exciting new prospect. Being flexible, channeling intuition, creating new content from familiar themes: all of these things fortify ideas, concepts and relationships.
