James was appointed as Minister of Music to The Episcopal Church of St. Mary’s in Falmouth, Maine in 2023. As Municipal Organist in Portland, Maine, James performs throughout each season on the Kotzschmar Organ at Merrill Auditorium, please click here for their current schedule. In 2019, James was appointed Music Director at St. Paul’s Choir School and Parish in Cambridge, Massachusetts from his post at St. Ignatius of Antioch in NYC. James has also been a frequent guest organist and conductor at Saint Thomas Church, Fifth Avenue, and Trinity Church, Wall Street in New York.
